Our Journey of Faith & Transformation in Uganda
We are so grateful to invite you into this season of life and ministry with us in Uganda. What began as a calling the Lord placed on our hearts has become our daily life—serving alongside Cherish Uganda, building relationships within our community, and learning to follow Him one step at a time.
At the heart of Cherish is a desire to see spiritual transformation—lives and communities changed by the hope of Christ. Since moving to Uganda, the Lord has continued to grow our hearts for the people around us, particularly the men in our community.
Restore
A central part of our ministry is Restore, a ministry centered on restoring hearts to Christ through relationship, discipleship, and community.
Football has opened a natural door into relationships with men in our community. What begins on the field creates opportunities for prayer, conversation, Scripture, and genuine brotherhood. Through Restore, we are walking alongside men as they pursue Christ, grow as leaders, and learn what it looks like to live out their faith both on and off the field.
We are especially praying that these relationships would extend far beyond the football pitch—that men would become spiritual leaders in their homes, friendships, workplaces, and communities, and that the Gospel would take root and bring lasting transformation.
This ministry is not about simply creating another program. It is about being present, building trust, and faithfully stewarding the relationships God places in our path.
